Claim 3
Dependent Claim
84 words
A circuit board apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the circuit board includes a through-hole portion constituted by a through-hole in the circuit board and a thermal land around the through-hole, the ground or power supply layer of the circuit board being connected with the terminal of the electronic circuit unit through the thermal land and the through-hole, and wherein a size of a non-conducting part of the thermal land is set to adjust the thermal resistance of the connection to a low level.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim
49 words
A circuit board apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the circuit board includes a through-hole portion consisting essentially of a through-hole in the circuit board, the ground or power supply layer of the circuit board being connected with the terminal of the electronic circuit unit directly through the through-hole.
Claim 5
