Abstract

Abstract A semiconductor integrated circuit including a second electrode on a dielectric film opposite a first electrode and constituting a capacitor. Grounding wiring is connected to the first electrode and power supply wiring is connected to the second electrode so the capacitor can be directly connected to the power supply and the ground in a semiconductor integrated circuit, significantly attenuating noise.
