Abstract
Abstract A substrate for a light-emitting element based on an organic light-emitting material and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. The substrate can be manufactured at low cost and has long lifespan, and an organic material used on the substrate and has high electrical conductivity. The substrate for a light-emitting element includes a base substrate with metal layer formed on the base substrate and a conductive polymer layer disposed on the metal layer.
