Abstract

Abstract An output circuit contains an output transistor connected between an output terminal and a reference voltage terminal, a precharge transistor connected between the output terminal and a power voltage terminal and a control circuit for controlling the precharge circuit. The control circuit renders the precharge transistor conductive temporarily when the output transistor is changed from the conductive state to the non-conductive state.
