Abstract
Abstract Apparatus comprising a module formed by a transistor, a first diode connected in antiparallel with said transistor, and a second diode connected in series opposition with said transistor. The transistor and the diodes of the module are grouped closely together to substantially reduce parasitic inductance. Two modules are connected to form an associated pair of one phase of a three-phase inverter.
