Abstract Glucocorticoid carboxylic acid esters and topical compositions thereof are utilized in methods for modulating cutaneous delayed hypersensitivity. Formulations of the glucocorticoid carboxylic acid esters are disclosed including incorporation into percutaneous drug delivery devices.
