Abstract
Abstract A current mode type semiconductor logic circuit comprises at least one grounded-emitter transistor through which a power source is connected to the logic circuit. The output of the logic circuit is fed back to the grounded-emitter transistor through a feedback circuit. As a result, the variation in the output of the logic circuit can be controlled to a minimum even when the load of the logic circuit is varied.
