Abstract

Abstract In order to enhance the reliability of conduction between a connecting pin and an electrode terminal, glass beads and/or glass fibers are added to a molding agent. After the connecting pin is inserted into an electrode terminal portion of a glass substrate onto which the connecting pin abuts, the molding agent having the glass beads and/or glass fibers is formed and applied around the connecting pin so that the connecting pin is coated and secured to the electrode terminal.
