Abstract
Abstract A flywheel has a hub with a plurality of blades secured to said hub and extending away therefrom. A plurality of ribs are secured to the blades to form a protective enclosure which rotates with the blades. The ribs are spaced apart a distance selected to inhibit insertion of the user's fingers thereinbetween.
