Abstract
Abstract In a pulse detecting device, there is provided a condition detecting circuit, or a pulse detecting circuit, which receives separate pulse signals and detects the condition of the receioved signals. A condition change detecting circuit, or pulse change detecting circuits, detects the change of the condition of the received signals, whereby a pulse synthesizing circuit synthesizes the pulse signals obtained in said condition change detecting circuit and generates a pulse signal corresponding to any one of the input pulse signals having the slower pulse frequency.
