Abstract
Abstract As articles of manufacture, iridescent plastics are provided. The plastics include at least one surface having a layer of material adhered thereto, the layer of material having a plurality of fractures formed therein whereby light is reflected from the fractures to impart an iridescent quality to the surface. A process for forming iridescent plastics or for imparting an iridescent quality to a plastic member is also provided.
