Abstract
Abstract The present invention provides a process for determining the binding capacity of thyroxin-binding globulin (TBG) according to the principle of heterogeneous enzyme immunoassay, wherein the serum sample to be investigated is incubated with enzyme-labelled T4 or T3 and immobilized antibody against TBG or T4, the phase are separated and the labelling enzyme is measured in one of the phases.
