Abstract
Abstract A composition comprising an admixture of an aromatic polycarbonate and a flame retardant effective amount of a compound of the formula ##STR1## wherein M is an alkali or alkaline earth metal; R is alkyl, halo, nitro, trihalomethyl or cyano; m is an integer of one to about ten; n is an integer of zero, one, two, three or four; and p is an integer of two, three, four, five or six.
