Abstract
Abstract The retention of coated particles previously infused into the bloodstream of animals may be prolonged by one or more injections of coating substance. For example, the retention of an artificial blood composition comprising emulsified lecithin-coated perfluoro compounds may be prolonged by injection of lecithin.
