Abstract
Abstract A foaming dentifrice containing a nonionic surface active agent. Foam is achieved through inclusion of about 1-10% by weight of a polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene block copolymer in combination with about 0.5-7% by weight of xanthan or xanthan about 0.5-7% by weight of and up to about 5% by weight of resinous poly (ethylene oxide) in a dentifrice comprising about 20-80% by weight of a liquid humectant vehicle.
