Claim 2
Dependent Claim 66 words
A water treeing resistant, crosslinkable composition, devoid of added mineral filler, comprising an ethylene polymer, a heat stabilizer, an organic peroxide and a hydrolyzable organo titanate having the formula: Ti(OR).sub.4 wherein R is hydrogen or a hydrocarbon radical, with at least one R being a hydrocarbon radical, said hydrolyzable organo titanate being present in an amount sufficient to improve the water treeing resistance of said composition.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 25 words
A composition as defined in claim 1 wherein the organo titanate is present in an amount of about 0.5 to about 2 percent by weight.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 14 words
A composition as defined in claim 1 wherein each R is a hydrocarbon radical.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 12 words
A composition as defined in claim 3 wherein each R is alkyl.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 15 words
A composition as defined in claim 3 wherein the organo titanate is isopropyl tri(lauryl-myristyl) titanate.
Claim 7
Dependent Claim 14 words
A composition as defined in claim 3 wherein the organo titanate is tetra-stearyl titanate.
Claim 8
Dependent Claim 15 words
A composition as defined in claim 3 wherein the organo titanate is tetrakis-(2-ethyl hexyl) titanate.
