Claim 19
Dependent Claim 74 words
A process for coating a substrate wherein an organic solvent solution of a nonvolatile amine salt of an amine having primary, secondary or primary and secondary amine groups neutralized with a mixture of hydrobromic or hydriodic acid with hydrochloric acid is blended with a solution of a volatile ketone and a polyepoxide, the so-formed blend deposited as a coating on said substrate, and the solvent and ketone evaporated and the polyepoxide caused to cure.
Claim 20
Dependent Claim 74 words
A process for coating a substrate wherein an organic solvent solution of a nonvolatile amine salt of an amine having primary, secondary or primary and secondary amine groups neutralized with a mixture of hydrobromic or hydriodic acid with hydrochloric acid is blended with a solution of a volatile ketone and a polyepoxide, the so-formed blend deposited as a coating on said substrate, and the solvent and ketone evaporated and the polyepoxide caused to cure.
