Abstract

Abstract A flow restrictor includes a housing having a chamber defined therein which is divided into two pressure chambers by means of a partition wall. An umbrella-shaped one-way check valve, for permitting or blocking fluidic communication between the two pressure chambers, and an orifice for restricting the fluidic communication between the two chambers, are coaxially arranged on the partition wall so as to decrease the size of the flow restrictor.
