Abstract
Abstract Novel rhodium complexes having formula HRhCO(L(OR)3)3 are produced by reacting XRhCO(L(OR3)2, L(OR)3 and a metal borohydride under controlled conditions. In the formulae, L is As, Sb or P; R is alkyl and/or aryl; X is a halogen. The complexes are rate improving hydroformylation catalysts.
