Abstract
Abstract This invention relates to new derivatives of 1,2,3,4tetrahydroisoquinoline having the general formula: WHEREIN R1 and R2 are each a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl radical, X is an oxygen or sulfur atom, and R3 is a phenyl radical having 1 to 3 substituent(s) selected from a group consisting of a lower, alkoxy, hydroxy, amino, nitro, halo(lower)alkyl radical and a halogen atom, production of the same and composition thereof. The compounds of this invention have relaxing activities on smooth muscles, especially on vascular-smooth and visceral smooth muscles.
