Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To eliminate special delivery and receiving places for each type of semiconductor elements and to simplify storage by a method wherein product administration information such as the numbers of products, manufactures, and tests of semiconductor elements and the special character performance of products and the like are written in ROM and these are accommodated in a package together with the elements. CONSTITUTION:The main functional ICs 2, 3, 4 of semiconductor elements and ROM6 for manufacturing administration and information are mounted on the package base 1 of the whole hybrid circuit. In this composition, a circuit inherent function is done by the main functional ICs 2, 3, 4 to feed and send the input and output through input and output pins 5 and the manufacturing administration information such as the numbers of products, tests and the like for the circuit and production information such as circuit character performance are read out from the ROM6 written the above information. In this way, a required element can be taken out at any time from the place stored in a lump by using a selector and automatizatio is also possible.
