Abstract An initiator composition, including at least two compounds represented by the chemical formula R—CO—O—O—CO—R and a compound represented by R 1 —O—O—R 2 , where R represents a C 2 -C 12 alkyl or a C 6 -C 10 aryl or substituted aryl, and R 1 and R 2 independently, at each occurrence, represent a C 1 -C 10 alkyl or a C 6 -C 10 aryl.
