Abstract

Abstract A method of arbitrating between first and second data streams is disclosed. The method includes the steps of detecting a first type of request and a second type of request and if the first type of request is for a write operation, performing the write operation in response to the first type of request. If the second type of request is for a write operation, performing the write operation in response to the second type of request, otherwise performing a read operation in response to the first type of request.
