Abstract

Abstract The present invention provides polynucleotides encoding stem cell antigens, the partial sequences for which were initially isolated from THP-1 and bladder tumor cDNA libraries and which identify and encode novel human stem cell antigens. The invention provides for genetically engineered expression vectors and host cells comprising the nucleic acid sequences encoding the stem cell antigens.
