Abstract
Abstract An electrode for an electronic component includes a nickel-chrome alloy layer located on an surface of the electronic component, and a copper layer located on the nickel-chrome alloy layer. The electrode can be adapted to be used as a vibrating electrode of a piezoelectric device.
