Abstract
Abstract A protective device used in switching mode power supply protects the supply during abnormal conditions, such as undervoltage or overvoltage resulting from power supply conditions inconsistent with the rated power supply conditions. During such abnormal conditions, this protective device is operated in a manner that an interrupt generator detects such a condition and interrupts the operation of the supply using an interrupt signal.
