Abstract
Abstract A lockable intramedullary nail, suitable for treating fractures of the humerus, including a pin provided in the proximal region with a slot and with an abutment for a spring to be mounted about the pin. On the spring there acts a suitable structure for adjusting compression of the spring, including a sleeve provided with a through hole for the proximal locking of the nail, the hole being able to translate along the pin in a position facing the slot.
