Abstract

Abstract In a system, a non-volatile memory unit 14 into which data representative of various kinds of functions of a monitor apparatus are stored is provided in the monitor apparatus, a control operation is performed on the basis of the data stored in the non-volatile memory unit 14 by a CPU 13, and the non-volatile memory unit 14 into which the data have been stored is loaded in the monitor apparatus during production of the monitor apparatus. Otherwise, after the non-volatile memory unit 14 has been loaded on the monitor apparatus, the data are stored in the loaded memory unit by using an external computer or a remote controller.
