Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 11
Claim 1
Independent Claim 87 words
A process for epoxidation of an olefin comprising contacting said olefin with hydrogen peroxide in the presence of a catalytically effective amount of a crystalline titanium-containing molecular sieve for a time and at a temperature effective to selectively form an epoxide of the olefin, wherein the crystalline titanium-containing molecular sieve is characterized by a framework structure isomorphous to zeolite beta comprised of Si and Ti, but essentially free of framework Al, corresponding to the general formula SiO 2 :yTiO 2 wherein y is from 0.01 to 0.25.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 87 words
A process for epoxidation of an olefin comprising contacting said olefin with hydrogen peroxide in the presence of a catalytically effective amount of a crystalline titanium-containing molecular sieve for a time and at a temperature effective to selectively form an epoxide of the olefin, wherein the crystalline titanium-containing molecular sieve is characterized by a framework structure isomorphous to zeolite beta comprised of Si and Ti, but essentially free of framework Al, corresponding to the general formula SiO 2 :yTiO 2 wherein y is from 0.01 to 0.25.
Claim 3
