Abstract

Abstract An optical fiber laser device, used as a pulse laser device, has a spherical lens made of optical glass having a refractive index of 2 or less. The spherical lens is provided on an extreme end of an optical fiber which guides a pulse laser beam. An object side of the spherical lens is projected externally of a base housing the spherical lens therein.
