Abstract
Abstract The provision of of an electromagnetic wave absorbing apparatus having a broadband electromagnetic wave absorbing characteristic, and which can also be used for the improvement of existing electromagnetic wave absorbing apparatus. Successive layers of an sintered ferrite magnetic body (F), a dielectric body (D) having a low permittivity, and a magnetic body (RF) having a low magnetic permeability, are overlapped on a flat reflector plate, and the relationship between the magnetic permeability μ1 of the sintered ferrite magnetic body and the magnetic permeability of the magnetic body having a low magnetic permeability is μ1≧25·μ2.
