Abstract

Abstract Disclosed is a golf ball which is excellent in ball velocity, flying distance and low-temperature durability, by using an ionomer resin of an ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer as the cover resin. The golf ball comprises a core and a cover covering said core, the cover has a total neutralization degree of 30 to 60% of which at least 10% is neutralized with divalent metal ions and is prepared by mixing specific ethylene-acrylic copolymer type ionomer resins.
