Abstract

Abstract Mixed bimetallic alkoxide-caraboxylate compositions are formed by reaction of at least two metal alkoxides and a carboxylic acid with elimination of distillable ester by-product therefrom. Hydrolysis of said compositions produce bimetallic hydroxy-carboxylates which, upon calcination, give bimetallic oxides.
