Abstract An article of apparel having one or more detachable decorative elements replaceably coupled thereto, the article of apparel having substantially all exposed cloth surfaces made of a stretchable material having a multiplicity of loop elements, the detachable decorative elements having a multiplicity of hook elements engaging the loop elements of the material.
