Abstract
Abstract A necktie is disclosed comprising a front panel having projecting loops (or hooks) to receive ornaments thereon. The rear surface of the ornament is provided with projecting hooks (or loops) so that, together with the tie a fastening system is provided. Cartoon and other type ornaments are provided.
