Independent Claim 76 words
A process of forming on a substrate a conductive film containing grains of crystalline bismuth mixed alkaline earth copper oxide comprising depositing a bismuth mixed alkaline earth copper oxide on the substrate and sintering at least a portion of the bismuth mixed alkaline earth copper oxide to form a conductive crystalline grain structure, characterized in that silver is incorporated in the bismuth mixed alkaline earth copper oxide as a grain growth promoting agent prior to sintering.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 76 words
A process of forming on a substrate a conductive film containing grains of crystalline bismuth mixed alkaline earth copper oxide comprising depositing a bismuth mixed alkaline earth copper oxide on the substrate and sintering at least a portion of the bismuth mixed alkaline earth copper oxide to form a conductive crystalline grain structure, characterized in that silver is incorporated in the bismuth mixed alkaline earth copper oxide as a grain growth promoting agent prior to sintering.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 28 words
A process according to claim 1 further characterized in that silver is present prior to sintering in a concentration of from 1 to 20 percent, based on copper.
