Total Claims: 3
Claim 1
Independent Claim 149 words
A pneumatic tire comprising a tire casing, a thread portion covering a crown portion between both shoulders thereof and a sidewall portion covering each side part of the casing, characterized in that a rubber component of a rubber composition constituting a ground contact part of said thread portion consists of 0-25 parts by weight of an isoprene series rubber containing not less than 70% by weight of isoprene units and 100-75 parts by weight of a high-trans polybutadiene rubber containing 75-90% by weight of 1,4-trans bond units and having a weight average molecular weight Mw of not less than 250,000 and a molecular weight distribution of 1.2≦Mw/Mn≦1.9, and said rubber composition contains 40-80 parts by weight of carbon black having a specific surface area of nitrogen adsorption of 110-160 m 2 /g and a compressed DBP oil absorption of 80-130 ml/100 per parts by weight of said rubber component.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 149 words
