Claim 7
Dependent Claim 18 words
The process of claim 1 comprising applying said mixture at a pH from about 4.5 to about 8.5.
Claim 8
Dependent Claim 70 words
A process for deicing ice or snow-covered surfaces by a process comprising: applying to an ice or snow-covered surface a deicing composition consisting essentially of: (a) an alkali and/or alkaline earth metal chloride; (b) a lignosulfonate; and (c) an amount effective to reduce the corrosive effects of said metal chloride of an additive salt selected from the group consisting of aluminum, antimony, cadmium, cobalt, manganese, nickel, zinc, and mixtures thereof.
Claim 9
Dependent Claim 70 words
A process for deicing ice or snow-covered surfaces by a process comprising: applying to an ice or snow-covered surface a deicing composition consisting essentially of: (a) an alkali and/or alkaline earth metal chloride; (b) a lignosulfonate; and (c) an amount effective to reduce the corrosive effects of said metal chloride of an additive salt selected from the group consisting of aluminum, antimony, cadmium, cobalt, manganese, nickel, zinc, and mixtures thereof.
Claim 10
Dependent Claim 42 words
