Abstract A tape core type coated optical fiber containing therein a plurality of single optical fibers, which comprises a housing for housing the tape core type coating optical fiber, the tape core type coated optical fiber branches into a plurality of single fibers inside the housing, the housing comprises a plurality of branches through which each of the single fiber passes.
