Abstract
Abstract Thienotriazolodiazepines of formula (I) and thienodiazepines of formula (II) where Ar is Ph or pyridyl (opt. substd.), R1 and R3 are H or 1-4C alkyl, R2 is H, 1-4C alkyl or trifluoromethyl, R4 is 6-18C straight or branched alkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl. Specifically claimed is 4-(2-chlorophenyl)-2-hexyl-9-methyl -6H-thieno(3,2-f)(1,2,4) triazolo (4,3-a)(1,4-diazepine, 2-hexyl-4-(2-methylphenyl)-6, 9-dimethyl-6H-thieno(3,2-f)(1,2,4) triazolo-(4,3-a)(1,4)diazepine and 9 others.
