The platelet activating factor (acetylglyceryl ester phosphorylcholine, PAF) is known as a potent lipid mediator, which is released by animal and human pro-inflammatory cells. Die Erfinnung betrifft PAF-antagonistische pharmazeutische Zusammensetzungen, die als Wirkstoff eines oder mehrere Diazepine der allgemeinen Formeln I und II gemäß Anspruch 1 enthalten. The invention relates to PAF-antagonistic pharmaceutical compositions which contain as active ingredient one or more diazepines of the general formulas I and II according to claim 1. Diese pharmazeutischen Zusammensetzungen dienen zur Behandlung pathologischer Zustände und Krankheiten, an denen PAF beteiligt ist. These pharmaceutical compositions are used to treat pathological conditions and diseases in which PAF is involved.
