Abstract
Abstract An antiseptic-containing alginate impression material contains 0.01 to 7 parts by weight of an antiseptic such as glutaraldehyde and chlorohexydine gluconate per 100 parts by weight of a cured product of an alginate impression material. The antiseptic may be encapsulated in a microcapsule or clathrated in a cyclodextrin.
