A compound of the formula ##STR11## or a pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salt thereof where R is selected from the group consisting of phenyl, phenyl substituted by one or two substituents selected from the group consisting of halo and CF 3 , and 2-chloro-3-pyridyl; R 1 and R 2 are each independently methyl or ethyl; X is O or S; Y is --CH═CH or --C.tbd.C--; and Z is CHR 5 OH wherein R 5 is H, n-butyl, or phenyl; --CO 2 R 6 where R 6 is H; ##STR12## wherein R 3 and R 4 are each independently methyl; or when taken together with the N atom to which they are attached form a pyrrolidinyl, piperidino, morpholino, piperazinyl or N(C 1 -C 4 )alkyl piperazinyl group.
