Abstract

Abstract A polymer prepared by subjecting to conditions of radical graft polymerization a copolymer of an α-olefin and an aliphatic nonconjugated diene and a monomer that is capable of radical polymerization with said copolymer is described. This polymer has high miscibility with a dissimilar resin and has a high practical value for use as a compatibilizing agent in blending two or more resins.
