Abstract
Abstract A method of making a cable article which comprises a conductor that is at least partially insulated by a flexible composition, said method comprising forming a homogeneous, interdispersed polymer insulation composition by combining low density polyethylene polymer with a polychloroprene polymer and at least an amount of fibrous polytetrafluoroethylene that is effective to form an interdispersion of polymers and thereafter coating a conductor with said insulating composition.
