Claim 1
Independent Claim
85 words
A method of producing a gel-type sunscreen composition comprising the steps of: combining between about 1 and about 30 percent of sunscreen agent, between about 5 and about 25 percent polyethylene to between about 20 and about 95 percent of a benzoic ester; agitating and heating the mixture to a temperature and for a time sufficient to dissolve the polyethylene in the benzoate ester; after the polyethylene is dissolved in the benzoate ester, cooling the mixture while agitating to thereby produce a gelled sunscreen composition.
