Abstract

Abstract A switch data input device includes a plurality of switches, an interrupt signal generating circuit responsive to on and off states of the respective switches for producing an interrupt signal having a prescribed pulse width, and a data processing circuit receptive of the interrupt signal and responsive to presence of the interrupt signal for reading the on and off states of the respective switches as data and having a program for executing a processing according to the read data, wherein after the completion of execution of the data reading and data processing, the data processing circuit comes into a waiting state.
