Abstract
Abstract A dielectric article comprises a laminate of plural thin dielectric material layers wherein at least one kind of combination of dielectric material layers different in temperature characteristics of permittivity is present and thickness of each layer is 1000 ANGSTROM or less but not less than of monatomic layer.
