Abstract This application discloses flexible homogenous and smooth compositions whch consists essentially of an interdispersion of low density polyethylene and polychloroprene ingredients and at least an effective amount of fibrous polytetrafluoroethylene interdispersing agent effective to homogeneously blend said ingredients.

A composition as defined in claim 1, wherein the ratio of low density polyethylene to polychloroprene is 0/10 to 90/10 and the amount of polytetrafluoroehtylene is from 0.001%-20% by weight based on the total weight of polymers.
