Abstract
Abstract Antistatic protection can be provided to a substrate by providing two coatings or layers to the substrate. The first layer is a blend of two different polymers or copolymers that crosslink within the coating and the second layer is a subbing layer. This coated substrate is particularly useful for photographic media.
